How it works
Three steps, and the first one is the only one you do.
- Step 1
Connect your booking tool
Paste one webhook URL into cal.com or Calendly, or send bookings from Zapier, Make or your own code. Setup takes about five minutes.
- Step 2
Clients open their meeting page
Right after booking, or from your confirmation email, each client gets a private page with the time in their own time zone, the join link and wallet buttons.
- Step 3
The pass does the reminding
It sits on the lock screen near the start time, sends one reminder before the call and updates itself when you move or cancel the meeting.
Calm, official, and easy to trust
Your clients see your name as the host of the call. Everything about the pass is built so it reads like a confirmation from you, not like an ad.
A clear issuer on every pass
Each pass names who issued it and who hosts the call, with contact details on the back. Agencies on the Agency plan can sign passes with their own Apple certificate.
Only notifications that matter
A pass changes when the time moves, when a call is cancelled and once as a reminder. Never for promotions.
Private by design
Meeting links use random tokens, never an email address. The pass shows the host, the title and the time, and nothing about the attendee.
Always the current time
Reschedules in cal.com or Calendly reach the pass within a minute, and a cancelled call is clearly marked as cancelled.
