Draft, last updated 4 October 2026
Terms of Service
1. What the service does
My Meeting Pass receives bookings from tools such as cal.com, Calendly or your own webhook and creates, for each booked meeting, call or webinar, a private meeting page with an Apple Wallet pass, a Google Wallet pass and a calendar file. Passes show the host, title, time and join link, update themselves when a booking moves or is cancelled, and change their status once as a reminder before the start.
2. Your account
- You must be a business or acting for one, and the details you give us must be accurate.
- Keep your password and webhook secrets private. You are responsible for activity in your account.
- Tell us at rk@coldabry.com if you think your account was misused.
3. Acceptable use
Passes sit on people's lock screens, so we keep them strictly useful. You agree that:
- Passes carry only transactional meeting information: who the meeting is with, what it is, when it is and how to join.
- No marketing pushes. You will not use pass updates, the reminder or the optional email to advertise, upsell or send anything other than changes to the booked meeting.
- You have a lawful basis to share each attendee's booking data with us, and you have told attendees about it in your own privacy notice where the law requires.
- You will not send bookings for people who did not book with you, or use the service for unlawful, deceptive or harmful content.
- You will not try to break, overload, reverse engineer or get around the limits of the service, and you will not use it to send spam.
We may remove content or pause an account that breaks these rules. Where we can, we will tell you first and give you a chance to fix it.
4. Starter mode: passes under our brand, on your behalf
Apple does not allow us to sign passes in another company's name with our certificate. In Starter mode, passes are therefore issued by My Meeting Pass and signed with our Apple Pass Type ID certificate. Your company is shown as the host ("Call with your company"), and our issuer details appear on the back of the pass. We issue these passes on your behalf and only for your bookings. You may not present Starter passes as issued by anyone other than My Meeting Pass.
5. Own certificate mode: your responsibilities
If you upload your own Apple Pass Type ID certificate:
- You confirm that the certificate belongs to your organisation and that you may let us use it to sign and update your passes.
- You are responsible for your Apple Developer Program membership, for complying with Apple's terms, and for renewing the certificate before it expires. Passes signed with an expired or revoked certificate stop updating.
- We store the certificate and key encrypted and use them only to sign and update your passes. Remove them at any time in the dashboard.
6. Your data
You own the booking data you send us. We process attendee data only on your instructions, as set out in our Data Processing Agreement, which forms part of these terms. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your account data.
7. Early access and price
My Meeting Pass is in early access and free to use for now. We may introduce paid plans or change features. We will give you at least 30 days' notice by email before any change that costs you money or removes a feature you use, and you can stop using the service before it takes effect.
8. Availability and third parties
We work to keep the service running, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted. Delivery of passes and updates depends on Apple, Google, your booking tool and your attendees' devices, which we do not control. Apple Wallet is a trademark of Apple Inc. and Google Wallet is a trademark of Google LLC; My Meeting Pass is not affiliated with either.
9. Liability
- The service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties such as fitness for a particular purpose.
- We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, lost revenue or missed meetings.
- Our total liability for all claims in any 12 months is limited to the greater of the fees you paid us in those 12 months or 100 US dollars.
- Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as for fraud or wilful misconduct.
10. Ending the agreement
- You can stop using the service and ask us to close your account at any time.
- We may end or suspend your account if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms, or with 30 days' notice for any other reason.
- When an account closes, meeting pages stop working and passes stop updating. We delete your data as described in the Privacy Policy and the Data Processing Agreement. Ask us before closing if you want an export of your bookings.
11. Changes to these terms
This is a draft. If we change these terms in a way that matters, we will email you before the change applies. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the new terms.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, USA, and the courts located in New Mexico have jurisdiction, unless the law of your country gives you a right to bring a claim where you are.
